Holidays 4 Travel is situated at No 5, Bigwell Street in the Saram area of Pondicherry. We are right opposite the Khadi Board, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Saram is always a bit crowded, and Bigwell Street sees a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. Our office is a straightforward setup where we handle all kinds of travel arrangements. It’s not a shiny corporate space; it’s more of a local shop where you can sit down and talk about where you want to go. We have posters on the walls and a few old desks that have seen better days. Being across from the Khadi Board means there are always people around, and we get a fair share of walk-ins. We help people with bus tickets, train bookings, and tour plans. It’s mostly about sitting at the computer and finding the right timings for everyone. The noise from the street comes right in, but we are used to it by now. We don't have any grand mission statements or anything like that. We just come in every morning, open the shutters, and start answering the phone. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can talk to people directly. Sometimes we have a tea from the stall nearby while we work through the afternoon bookings.
