Our travel office is located at No 16 on Paapamal Koil Street in Muthialpet. We are quite close to the Muthailpet Manikoondu and Ganesh Nagar, which are well-known landmarks in this part of Pondicherry. The office is situated on a regular street, and it’s a place where we’ve been working for some time. We handle all kinds of travel arrangements from here, mostly focusing on car rentals and helping people with their ticket bookings. It is a simple setup with a desk, a couple of chairs, and a computer that we use for everything. We don't have a big staff, so usually, you will find one or two of us here handling the phone calls and paperwork. The office is small and gets a bit cluttered with files and registers, but we know where everything is. Muthialpet is a nice area to be in, and we get a lot of local people coming in who live nearby. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. It’s not a fancy corporate environment; it’s more like a local shop where people feel comfortable dropping in. We spend our time making sure the drivers are ready and the schedules are clear. Sometimes we have to deal with the usual power cuts or slow internet, but we always find a way to get the bookings done. It’s just the way we operate our little business here on Paapamal Koil Street.
