G. V. International

We are over at 186 Rangapillai Street. It is very close to the Big Market of Pondicherry, so it is always incredibly lively around our doorstep. G. V. International is just a modest setup in an old building that has a lot of character. You can hear the bustle from the market starting quite early every morning. Sometimes the smell of spices or fresh produce drifts over to us when the wind is right. Our office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of samples and paperwork lying around on every available surface we can find. We have a few old wooden desks and chairs that have certainly seen better days. The ceiling is high, which really helps with the coastal heat, but it still gets pretty stuffy in the late afternoons. We usually leave the front door open to catch whatever breeze comes down the street. We have a small crew here, and we all know the regulars who walk past the building every day. It is not a corporate environment at all. We mostly just sit around the main table to figure out what needs to be shipped or who needs a call back. There is always someone coming in with a delivery or just stopping by to say hello. We do not have a big polished lobby with a receptionist. It is just us, some fans, and a lot of work to get through. Living and working near the Big Market means there is never a dull moment.
