Down at No. 13 on 28th Cross, that’s where you’ll find Earthen Arts Media Private Limited. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot in Avvai Nagar, which suits us just fine. We spend our mornings getting the office ready and checking what needs to be finished. The work we do here is mostly about getting things created and making sure they look right before they go out. It’s not always glamorous work, despite what people think about media. There’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens involved. We’ve got a small team, just a handful of people who actually care about the projects. Lawspet has been a good home for us since we moved in. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays pretty peaceful during the day. Sometimes we grab lunch from the local shops nearby. We don’t really go in for big speeches about what we do. We just like making stuff. If a project comes in, we handle it as best we can and move on to the next one. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. It feels like a real workspace, not one of those sterile corporate offices you see in magazines. We’re just here in Pondicherry, trying to make a living doing what we know how to do.
