Our office is located at No 605 on MG Road in the Chinnakadai area of Pondicherry. We are very close to the railway station, which is quite convenient for a travel business. Because of our location on such a main road, there is always a lot of noise from the buses and cars passing by. The office is a small storefront where we handle all the tour and travel bookings for the people who stop in. Since we are so near the station, we get a lot of people walking in right after they get off a train, looking for a taxi or some help with their next trip. The space inside is quite tight, filled with desks, computers, and stacks of paper. We have been here for a long time and the place looks like it. We don't spend much time on decorating; we just focus on the work that needs to be done. Most of the day involves answering the phone and checking schedules to make sure everything is on time. It can get a bit frantic when a lot of people arrive at once, but we just handle them one by one. Being in Chinnakadai means we are right in the heart of the town's activity. It is a very busy spot, and we are used to the constant hum of the city. We just keep things moving and make sure every booking is handled as it should be.
