We’ve been based here at Govinda Chetty Garden in Vandrapet for a long time now. It’s a quiet enough spot, though the street gets a bit busy when people are coming and going from the main road. The office itself is at number 1, so it’s easy to find once you get into the lane. We spend most of our mornings just going through the mail and checking on the projects we have running. It isn’t a fancy place, just a few desks and a lot of files that have piled up over the years. Some days it’s just two of us here, and other times the whole team is cramped in, drinking tea and trying to get things organized. We don't really do much in the way of big announcements or anything like that. People in the neighborhood know us, and that’s usually how we get our work done. The trust has its roots here, and we don’t see ourselves moving anywhere else anytime soon. It’s funny how you get used to the specific sound of the gate or the way the light hits the front door in the afternoon. We mostly deal with the day-to-day tasks that keep everything moving forward. Sometimes the internet goes out or the rain makes it hard to get to the door, but we manage. It’s just a regular office where we try to stay on top of our responsibilities without making too much of a fuss.
