Bussy Forex & Travels Pvt Ltd is located at number 250 on Bussy Street, right where it meets Lal Bhahadur Sasthri Street in Pondicherry. It’s a corner of town that stays busy throughout the day. We are quite close to the Kamban Kalai Arangam, which is a well-known spot for events and such. Our office deals with two main things: foreign exchange and travel arrangements. Pondicherry gets a lot of international visitors because of its history and the ashram, so we spend a lot of time handling different types of currency. The office has that old Pondy feel to it, maybe a bit cramped but functional. We have a counter for the forex side and some desks for the travel side. It’s not a corporate environment. We know our regulars by name and we see a lot of the same faces every month. The 605001 area is a good place to be, even if parking can be a real headache sometimes. We don’t have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just have the daily rates for the Euro and the Dollar posted up. We focus on getting the math right and making sure people have their documents in order. It’s a lot of paperwork and counting, but it’s what we do here on Bussy Street every day.
