Bala Tours & Travels

We are located at No 396 on M G Road in the Muthialpet area. Our shop is right near the Bharathidasan Womens College and across from the Suriya Hotel. It is a very busy spot in Pondicherry 605003. We have been running Bala Tours & Travels from here for quite a few years. The office isn't much to look at, just a place for us to sit and talk to customers. There is always a lot of noise from the college and the traffic on M G Road. We manage a small fleet of vehicles for local trips and longer journeys. Most people who come to us are students' families or people staying at the hotels nearby. We keep things simple without any big marketing plans. If someone needs a ride, they usually just walk in or give us a call. We spend a lot of time checking the vehicles and talking to our drivers. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we try to stay on schedule. It is a family-run kind of thing, so we don't have any strict corporate rules. We just work hard and try to be helpful to anyone who stops by. Being in Muthialpet is good because it is a tight community. We see the same people every day and it feels like home for our business.
