Auro & Auro Bags is situated at No. 131 in the Nagar area of Nainarmandapam. We have a modest workspace where we spend our days cutting up material and stitching different kinds of bags. It’s a local neighborhood, so you’ll often see people walking by or kids playing near the entrance. Inside, we’ve got several sewing machines lined up and big rolls of canvas or synthetic fabric leaned against the walls. The place is always a bit messy with offcuts and thread ends, but we try to sweep it out every evening. We aren't a giant factory; it’s more of a small-scale operation where everyone knows each other. Usually, someone has the radio on in the background to keep things lively while we work. The benches are old and a bit worn down, but they’ve seen a lot of bags pass over them. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly find out about us because they see the bags being loaded or they live in the Nainarmandapam area. The work is steady and repetitive, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. When the weather is nice, we leave the big shutters open to let in the fresh air and the sounds of the street. It’s just a plain, hardworking shop where we get the job done without any fuss.
