Arvind Electronis

Our shop is tucked away on Antonyar Kovil Street in the Kumaragurupallam area of Venkata Nagar. You can find us near the Joy Alukkas, just before you hit Naresh Electronics at No 113. We deal with electronics, which means there are always wires, circuit boards, and gadgets scattered around the place. It isn't a polished retail store. It’s more of a place where things get fixed and looked at. The lighting isn't great and there's usually a faint smell of solder in the air. We’ve been here for a while at Arvind Electronis, and most of our customers are folks from the neighborhood who’ve known us for years. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just look at what’s broken and see if we can make it work again. Sometimes we can't, and we'll tell you that straight up. It’s a small space, so it gets a bit crowded when a few people are waiting. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Pondicherry. We just like working with our hands and solving technical problems. Often, people come in just to ask a quick question about their TV or some home appliance. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s a good community. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don't know the streets, but once you find Antonyar Kovil Street, we’re right there and ready to help.
