Our place is the Aarupadai Veedu Medical College And Hospital. You can find us out in Kirumambakkam. We are located near the Pondicherry Cuddalore Road, which is a major route around here. Because we are both a college and a hospital, there’s always a lot going on. You’ll see students in their white coats walking around, probably worried about their exams, and then you have the hospital side where patients and their families are coming and going. It’s a large campus. There’s a lot of walking involved to get from one building to another. The air here feels a bit different than the city center since we are a bit further out. We have various wards and classrooms and labs all mixed together. It’s not a quiet place by any means. There’s the sound of the traffic from the Cuddalore Road and the general buzz of hundreds of people. We’ve been functioning here for quite some time, and it has become a bit of a landmark in Kirumambakkam. The facilities are built for purpose. We have big lecture halls and then the clinical areas where the actual medical work happens. It’s a busy environment where learning and healing happen at the same time. We don't have a glossy corporate office; it’s more about the practical reality of running a big institution. Everyone here has a job to do, whether they are teaching, studying, or treating patients every single day.
