Tendulkar Cements

You can find Tendulkar Cements at Pai House, right across from the Goa Street Co-Op Bank at Vg 1. It is a familiar spot for anyone who lives in this neighborhood and does their shopping nearby. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of branches everywhere, just this one location where we handle all our business. The office is a bit on the small side, and we usually have stacks of papers and samples sitting around on the desks and chairs. It gets a bit noisy with the street traffic and the bank customers outside, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Most of the time, we are busy talking to local contractors or homeowners who are trying to fix up their own places. We do not use any complicated sales talk or try to push people into things they do not need. We just tell people what we have in stock and how much it is going to cost them. Some days the delivery trucks are late because the roads are narrow around here, and we just have to sit and wait with the customers. It is just part of life in this area. We have been in this building for a long while now, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we would rather spend our time making sure the orders are correct. Our staff is just a handful of people who know most of the regulars.
