Netsparx- Pvt. Ltd, Campal, Panjim, Goa

We have our setup in Ponda, even though we have some roots in the Campal area of Panjim too. Right now, most of what we do happens here in Ponda. It is a bit of a change from the city vibe of Panjim. The office is just a plain room where we keep our servers and computers. We are a small company and we don't spend much on looking professional. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks with wires everywhere. The heat in Goa can be tough on the machines, so we have to keep the fans going all the time. Ponda is a good place to be because it is central. We can get to most parts of the state without too much trouble. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just fix internet issues and handle the tech stuff that comes our way. Some days are very quiet and we just wait for the phone to ring. Other days, everything breaks at once and we are running around. It is just the two or three of us mostly. We eat our lunch at the desks and talk about the local news. It is not a corporate career, it is just a job that we know how to do well. We like the independence of it.
