Encube Ethicals

Encube Ethicals is our place in Ponda, Goa. We are at L/3 in the Vaishali building, which is part of the Housing Board Colony. It’s right across from the new KTC bus stand, so there is always a lot of movement outside. People often think of Goa as just a holiday spot, but Ponda is a real working town. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. Our office is a practical space where we handle all the administrative stuff and the ethical side of our work. We aren't a big, cold company. Most of us are locals who have lived in Goa all our lives. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone with big talk. We just follow the rules and make sure our records are straight. The bus stand across the street is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. Inside, it’s a bit more peaceful than the street. We keep the air conditioning running because it gets quite sticky in the afternoons. Our daily routine is pretty standard. We check our emails, update the files, and talk to the people we need to talk to. We aren't looking to grow into some massive empire. We just want to do a decent job and stay part of the community here in Ponda. It’s a solid, honest way to make a living. We appreciate the slow pace of life here when we're off work.
