Sri Raghava Exports & Imports

Sri Raghava Exports & Imports is based at No. 11/2/06 Periyar Street in Vasanthamnagar, which is part of the Tiruvannamalai District. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s a good area for what we do. Dealing with exports and imports means there is a lot of paperwork and moving boxes around. The office is pretty basic, with just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the latest arrivals. Periyar Street is a decent place to work. It’s not too loud, which helps when we are trying to count inventory. The weather in Tiruvannamalai can be really hot, so we usually keep the windows shut to keep the dust out. We handle a variety of goods coming in and going out. Sometimes there are delays at the ports or with the transport trucks, and we just have to deal with those things as they come. It’s not a glamorous job. There is always something that needs to be loaded or unloaded from a van. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know our roles. We don't have a big mission statement or anything fancy like that. We just make sure the items get to where they need to go. It’s just a regular business operation run from a quiet street in Vasanthamnagar. The coffee is usually strong and the days are mostly long, but we keep going.
