Vishnu Granites

We are located at No.2 on the R.K.Puram Swagruha Apartments Road. It’s a bit of a residential area, so we try not to be too loud too early in the morning, but the work has to get done. We have different kinds of granite stacked up and it’s a lot of work keeping it all straight. The slabs are heavy and we have to be careful moving them so they don't crack or chip on the edges. Most of our day is spent measuring things out and making sure the cuts are where they should be. We’ve got a small crew here and we all know our jobs. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a place where we work with stone. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to see what’s going on or to ask about a small piece for a repair. We don't mind. It’s a busy little spot and there is always something to be moved or loaded onto a truck. The dust gets everywhere, even if we try to sweep up every evening. It’s just the nature of the business. We just spend our time getting the stone ready for whoever bought it. It’s honest work and it fills the day from start to finish. We just stay here on the apartment road and keep the saws running. We make sure everything is locked up tight before we head home. We have a few trees nearby that give us some relief from the sun.
