Green Coir Exporters

Our place, Green Coir Exporters, is located at No. 185/151 on Rajamill Road. It’s an old road with a lot of history and big trees. We’ve been working with coir for a long time. The smell of the fibers is something you get used to after the first week of working here. We have a big space here because coir takes up a lot of room. It’s dusty work but we don't mind it much. The staff has been with us for years. We know each other's families and stories. Rajamill Road gets busy in the mornings with all the trucks coming and going. We have to make sure there’s enough space for them to load up the bales. The building has high ceilings which helps keep it cool when it’s hot outside. We don't have fancy office chairs or anything like that. We use what we have and keep it simple. Most of our time is spent checking the quality of the materials and talking to suppliers. We see a lot of people coming in and out every day. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on things we don't need. My father started this years ago and now I'm the one here. It's just honest work. We try to get the orders out on time. Sometimes the rain slows things down, but we manage to get through it. The machines are old but they still run fine. We just keep them oiled and keep going because that is what needs to be done.
