P S Earth Movers

Over in Samathur, specifically at 1/48 in Zamin Kottampatti, you will find P S Earth Movers. It is a bit of a rural spot, which suits us just fine. There isn't the rush of the big city here. We have plenty of space for the machines, which is the main thing we need. The air is a bit fresher, though it still smells like engine oil around our workshop. We spend a lot of time under the sun, checking the tracks and the buckets on the excavators. It is hard work, and our hands are usually calloused and dirty. If the ledger is missing, we are in trouble. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather, because the rain changes everything for our work. If it pours, the machines stay put. We just want to make sure the equipment is working and the jobs are done. Sometimes the neighbors come by to borrow a wrench or just to see what we are fixing. It’s home for us.
