Kousalya Medical Centre

Kousalya Medical Centre is a small place on New Scheme Road. We’ve been here for a while now, and the building has become a familiar part of the neighborhood. It isn't a fancy place with shiny floors or modern art, just a regular building where people come when they aren't feeling great. Usually, the mornings are the busiest times and the ceiling fans are always humming away to keep the air moving. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit crowded with people waiting, but everyone just waits their turn patiently. We try to keep things moving as much as we can. It's just a local spot for the neighborhood. You know how these clinics are. There's a simple desk at the front where we keep all the files and papers. The doctors are around most of the day unless they've stepped out for a quick lunch break. People walk in right off New Scheme Road or call us up on the phone sometimes. The road is easy to find if you know this part of town. We don't have a massive sign or anything like that, just enough of a name on the door so people see where to go. It’s mostly just us doing our daily jobs. Some days are very quiet, while others are a bit chaotic. We see many of the same faces from around here. It feels like a real part of the street after all this time. Nothing too special about the walls, just a clean place to wait with some chairs.
