Ambal Imports Exports

We are at No. 1 Kannagi Street. It’s a small street, not very wide, but it’s where we have been for years. Ambal Imports Exports is the name on the door, but most people just know us as the guys on the corner. Our office is a mix of a workspace and a storage room. We have boxes stacked up almost to the ceiling in some places. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where every single item is kept. We don't use fancy computers for everything; we still like our paper ledgers and notebooks. There’s something about writing things down that makes it feel more real. We don't have a big staff. It’s just a few of us who handle the daily operations. We start the day early before it gets too hot. Kannagi Street is usually quiet, though you get the occasional delivery van or a neighbor walking their dog. We have a small table out front where we sometimes sit and talk to the people passing by. It’s a very relaxed environment. We don't do any flashy marketing or sales pitches. People who need our services usually find us because someone told them about us. We just keep our heads down and handle the imports and exports as they come in. It’s a steady routine and we don't have any reason to change it. The fan in the back room makes a lot of noise, but it keeps us cool while we work.
