Hitech Die Cast Private Limited

We are based out in Achipatti Post. It’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which is nice. Our place is specifically at Palani Gounden Pudur Pirivu. The air is a bit clearer out here than in the center of town. We do die casting. It is hot, heavy work. Melting metal and pouring it into molds is what we do all day long. The furnaces are always running, so you can feel the heat as soon as you walk into the building. We’ve been at this for some time now. Many of the local folks from the village work with us. It's a steady rhythm to the day. The trucks come in with raw materials and leave with finished parts for customers. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the roads a bit messy, but we don't stop for that. We have some heavy equipment that needs regular looking after. We often spend our weekends fixing the machines so they don't break during the busy week. It’s a lot of manual labor and sweat. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It's just casting metal. The lunch break is the best part of the day when everyone sits under the trees outside. We talk about local news or the weather. We aren't a high-tech lab, just a practical foundry. The molds are heavy, so we have to be careful. Every day is pretty much the same, but that’s okay with us. We know the work.
