Sudha Garments

Sudha Garments is up on the 1st floor of the AV Tower. We are located right above the Dhana Lakshmi Bank on Coimbatore Road. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where the bank is, so it makes it easy to tell people where to go. You have to walk up the stairs at the side of the building. It’s a bit of a climb, and the stairs are narrow, but you get used to it. Once you’re inside, it’s a large open room with plenty of windows facing the road. You can see the buses and cars zooming by all day. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic, but we don't mind much. We have rows of sewing machines and a big cutting table in the middle. The lighting is bright, which helps with the detailed work. We’ve been in this tower for a few years now. The landlord is okay, and the other tenants in the building are mostly quiet. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. The floor gets covered in thread and fabric scraps by the end of the shift, and we have to sweep it all up before we go home. It’s a honest day’s work. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything; if you want to sit, you just grab a stool near the workbench.
