Snowball Ice Cream

We are located out in Village Deulapalli, which is in the Ganjam district. It is a quiet area near Purushottampur, far away from the big city noise and rush. Most of our days are spent in the village rhythm, which is much slower than what you find elsewhere. We make our ice cream right here and supply it to the local area. The building is simple, made for utility rather than looking fancy to outsiders. We have a few machines that we have to maintain ourselves most of the time. In a village like this, you have to be able to fix things when they break. We know almost everyone who walks through the door because we are all neighbors here. Sometimes the power is a bit hit or miss, so we have to be careful with our storage. The surrounding fields are nice to look at when we take a break in the afternoon. We don't have a big staff, just a few local people helping out. It’s hard work, especially when the humidity is high, but we stay at it. People from the nearby tehsils know about our snowball ice cream. We don't do any big advertising, just word of mouth from one person to the next. It’s a humble business, and we are happy to keep it that way. We just keep the production going and hope the rain stays away during our delivery times each week.
