We are located in the Ancholi area of Pithoragarh, specifically at the Bishwaiswar Prashad Tiwari building in Chandrabhaga. It’s a bit of a journey to get up here in the hills of Uttranchal, but we like it. Our office for Sai Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is pretty modest. We have a few rooms where we do all our engineering consulting and planning. The view outside is probably better than the office itself. We spend a lot of our time dealing with local projects and the specific challenges that come with building in this terrain. It’s not a corporate setup at all. Most of the time, we’re just a few guys in sweaters looking at blueprints and drinking tea. The pace is a bit different here than in the big cities, but the work is just as technical. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people find us because they know the Tiwari family or they’ve seen us out at work sites. It’s a practical workspace meant for getting things done. We keep our files organized as best as we can, though things can get a bit cluttered during a big project. It’s just a regular local business helping out with engineering needs in this part of the district. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay. It's a quiet life up here, but there is always plenty of work to keep us occupied at our desks.
