Guru Traders

The shop is in Prem Nagar, specifically the Kal Chaura area in Pithoragarh. Being near Jhansi Road Lohaghat means we see a lot of people passing through this part of the town. Guru Traders has been around for a bit, and we mostly deal with whatever the local folks need for their homes or small projects. It gets quite cold here in the winters, so the pace slows down a lot during those months. We usually have the heater running in the corner of the shop while we sort through the inventory. It is a bit cluttered inside, to be honest. There are boxes stacked up almost to the ceiling because we don't have much storage space in the back. My brother and I manage the place mostly. We started it because there wasn't much else to do around here back then. Most of our customers are regular people from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. We know their names and what they usually need without even asking. Sometimes the delivery trucks get delayed because of the mountain roads, but people understand. It is not a corporate chain, just a local shop trying to get through the day. We don't spend much time on fancy things. We just open up early, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer to walk in and ask for something.
