We are located in Pithoragarh, right near the Deb Singh Field on Dharamsala Line. It’s easy to spot if you know where Ishwari Dutt Tiwari lives. Adhirath Skillbiz Development Foundation is focused on helping people learn things they can actually use for work. This isn't a school with classrooms and bells. It’s more of a place where people can come to get a bit of guidance. We started because finding a decent job around here can be tough if you don't have specific skills. Being experts at everything isn't our claim, but we know how to find the right info. The office is a simple room with a few chairs and a computer that sometimes acts up. A big sign isn't outside yet. Most people find us through word of mouth. Weather here in Pithoragarh can be beautiful but also makes travel difficult in the winter. We still try to keep the doors open as much as we can. It’s mostly just a couple of us helping out. Fancy websites or marketing teams don't exist here. We just talk to people. Sometimes the whole afternoon is spent just explaining how to fill out forms or use a new tool. It’s practical stuff. We hope it helps the families nearby. Local people trying to help other local people get ahead a little bit is our whole deal.
