Our office is located out on Bareilly Road, right in Village Haldu Chaur Dina near Lalkuan. We’re pretty close to the Jai Arihant Academic Institute, so we see a lot of students and buses passing by all day. This isn't your typical office in a fancy city building. We are right in the middle of where the actual farming happens, which makes sense for what we do. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds, soil, and how to get things to grow better in this climate. It’s mostly just sitting down with local farmers and looking at their plans for the next season. We don't use any big words or complicated jargon when we talk to them. It’s more about sharing what we know from being around agriculture for most of our lives. The office is very simple, just some desks and a lot of maps and papers about different land plots. Sometimes we have to head out to the fields ourselves to see what’s going on with the dirt or the pests. It’s a quiet way to make a living, but it feels important because everyone needs their crops to succeed. We don’t do any flashy advertising or have a big sign. Most people just hear about us through word of mouth from other farmers in the district. It’s a slow-paced environment, but we like it that way. Just regular work helping people get the most out of their land.
