Our place is located at Plot No 77 in the Sector-3 Industrial Estate. It’s a typical industrial unit with a lot of heavy equipment and materials sitting around. We focus on things related to surface preparation, which basically means a lot of cleaning, grinding, and getting things ready for the next stage of work. It can be quite a messy job, so the floor is rarely spotless. We have a small crew of people who have been working here for a long time. They know how to handle the machines and the different types of surfaces we deal with. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from other companies in the estate who need something done. The office is just a small room partitioned off from the main work area where we keep the files and take phone calls. It gets pretty loud when the machines are running, so we usually talk at the top of our voices. We have our own way of doing things here at Surface Preparation Solutios And Technologies Pvt Ltd. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but we get the work done. We spend most of our time out on the floor rather than sitting behind desks.
