Our facility is at Plot Number 77 in Sector 3 of the Pithampur Industrial Area. Being out here in Dhar means it’s quite an industrial environment. At Surface Preparation Sol And Tech. Pvt. Ltd., we deal with a lot of grit and machinery. The main focus here is getting surfaces ready for whatever comes next, like painting or coating. It’s a very dusty process, so we are always wearing masks and cleaning up the workspace. The plot is fairly large, which gives us enough room for the big tanks and sprayers. Pithampur gets really hot in the summer, and the metal building doesn't help much with the temperature. We have some heavy-duty fans going, but it’s still a sweaty job. We have been here for a while and have seen the sector grow quite a bit. There are always trucks lining up near the gate to pick up finished components. The paperwork usually gets done in a small cabin near the front. We aren't really the type to spend money on fancy signage or carpets. The money goes back into the machines mostly. It’s hard work, and we are usually pretty tired by the end of the day. But the work is steady and there is always something that needs cleaning or prepping for the next stage of production.
