Medgel Pvt. Ltd.

Working out here at Plot No. 19-20 in the Special Economic Zone is quite different from being in the middle of town. We are part of the Pharma Zone in Phase II, Sector III of District Dhar. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here every morning, but you get used to the open spaces. Medgel Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our long hours. The facility is big and it can feel a bit quiet compared to the market areas. We have a lot of rules to follow about where to walk and what to wear because of where we are located. Most of our day is spent looking at machines or paperwork. It isn't a retail shop where people just walk in off the street. It’s more about the production and making sure the batches are handled right. The sun gets really hot out here in Dhar, especially in the afternoons. We usually have our lunch together in the break area. There are a lot of other big buildings around us, all doing similar industrial work. It feels like its own little world inside the SEZ. We deal with a lot of heavy boxes and equipment moving around. It is a lot of responsibility to keep everything running smoothly in such a large place. We focus on our tasks and try to get home before the sun goes down too far and the road gets dark.
