Shakti Pumps

Our place is at Plot No. 401 in Sector 3. It’s a large plot because we need the room for all the pump components and the assembly area. Being in the industrial sector means we’re surrounded by other factories and lots of noise from trucks. We spend our time working on different types of pumps. There’s always the sound of metal clinking and the smell of oil in the air. It’s a very hands-on environment. Most of the guys here are covered in a bit of grime by lunch, but that's just the nature of the work. We don't have a fancy corporate office with a lobby. We just have a desk near the front where we keep the records and talk to anyone who comes in. It’s a practical setup. We’ve been here for quite a while and have seen the sector change. Some days the weather makes it hard to work, especially when it rains and the roads get muddy, but we keep going. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or sales pitches. We just know how these pumps work and how to put them together so they last. We have our routines, like the tea break at four o'clock. It's a simple life, focused on engineering and mechanics. We like the challenge of solving a problem when a design isn't working quite right. It’s what keeps us coming back every morning. Just a regular bunch of people doing technical work.
