Srf Ltd.

Our facility for Srf Ltd. is located in Sector 3 of the SEZ in Indore. Being in a Special Economic Zone means the rules are a bit different and there is a lot of security around the perimeter. It is a large area with plenty of space for the manufacturing work we do. The building itself is quite plain, built for utility rather than looks. Most of our days are spent on the floor or in the small office area checking production numbers. There is a lot of movement of raw materials coming in and finished goods going out. The hum of the machinery is a constant background noise that we have all grown used to over time. We do not have a lot of walk-in visitors because of where we are located, so it is mostly just the staff and the occasional delivery driver. We focus on getting the shifts organized and making sure the equipment is maintained properly. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing a single part, which can be frustrating. The break room is where everyone gathers to vent about the heat or talk about the weekend. It is a straightforward industrial setup. We do not have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just the safety instructions and the daily production schedule. It is about getting the work done and making sure everyone gets home on time.
