Allwin Industries Pithampur is based in Pithampur, right in Sector-1. We are situated directly opposite Dhar Textile, which is a huge landmark in this industrial belt. If you’ve ever been to Pithampur, you know it’s a place that is all about manufacturing. The dust from the roads and the constant rumble of trucks are just things we’ve grown used to. Our building is a sturdy one, built to handle the heavy work we do every day. Inside, it’s all about the machinery. We don't have a fancy waiting room with glossy magazines. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the shop floor checking the output. The rhythm of the factory is what sets our pace. We start the shifts early to beat the midday heat, though it’s still pretty intense inside the sheds. We take our breaks under the shade when we can. Everyone here knows their role, and we don't spend much time in meetings or on long emails. We prefer to just talk things over while we are standing by the machines. The commute can be tiring for those of us coming from the city, but it’s a good group of people here. We’ve seen the industrial area grow and more factories pop up over the years.
