Lupin Ltd.

Being out here at Plot No. 2 in Phase 2 of the Special Economic Zone means a long drive for most of us. Lupin Ltd. is situated in the Dhar area, specifically in the Miscellaneous Zone. It’s quite near the Apparel Park, so there are always people walking around during shift changes. The SEZ is a massive place, and it feels a bit isolated sometimes because it’s so far from the main town. You see the same faces every day. The building is functional, nothing too stylish, just concrete and glass. Inside, the lights are bright and the air conditioning is usually too cold or not working quite right. We keep our heads down and get through the tasks. There’s a lot of space, which is nice, but it takes forever to walk from one end of the plot to the other. Lunch is usually whatever we brought from home, eaten at the desks while looking at our phones. The noise from the nearby units is a constant hum in the background. Sometimes we step outside for a bit of air, but the sun is usually too strong in Dhar for that. It’s a quiet kind of work life. We don't have fancy lounge areas or anything like that. We just have our workstations and the daily schedule. It’s practical, honest work happening here at Plot No. 2, and that’s just how things go.
