Pithampur is a long way out for some, but for us at Plot No 62, 63, and 64 A, it’s just where we go to work every morning. Being in Industrial Area Sector 1 means we are surrounded by all kinds of manufacturing plants. Our space is quite large because of the three plots, so there is always a lot of ground to cover. We do a lot of heavy lifting and manufacturing here at Neo Corp International. It’s not the kind of place with carpets and quiet offices. It’s more about concrete floors, high ceilings, and the sound of big machines running throughout the shift. We have a lot of people coming in for the different shifts, and the parking area is always full of bikes and the occasional truck. Madhya Pradesh gets very hot, and the factory floor definitely feels it, but we keep the fans going and stay on task. We don't spend much time on fancy speeches or promotional stuff. Most of our day is spent looking at production numbers and making sure the loading bays are clear for the next pickup. It’s a big operation, but at the end of the day, it’s just a bunch of people working together to get things made. We’ve been part of the Pithampur industrial scene for a while now, and we’ve just learned to keep our heads down and get the work done as best as we can every day.
