Our facility for Hidndustan Phoshate Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No 213-214 in Sec-1 of the Industrial Area. You’ll find us right near where the Bajaj Tempo spot is, which is a big help when we’re trying to give directions to truck drivers. Being in an industrial area means we have a lot of space, which is necessary for what we do. The plot is fairly large, and we have both an office area and a section where the actual heavy work happens. It’s a noisy environment most of the time with machines running and people shouting to be heard over the hum. We’ve been at this Sec-1 location for quite a few years. The road outside is paved but has a lot of potholes from all the heavy machinery passing over it. Inside the office, we try to keep things a bit more organized, though there’s always a bit of grit that finds its way in from the yard. We have a small canteen area where we sit down for lunch together. It’s nothing special, just some benches and a table. The work is physical and can be tiring, but there’s a sense of accomplishment when we see the trucks loaded up and ready to go. We aren’t interested in fancy presentations or corporate jargon. We just focus on the phosphate production and making sure the day-to-day operations run as smoothly as possible given the circumstances. It's a tough environment but it's where we work.
