Being in Pithampur means dealing with a lot of industrial noise, but Dayal Services is tucked into Priti Nagar Sector 1. It’s right across from Eicher Motors, which is how we tell people to find us when they get lost. If you see the big factory gates, you’re basically there at No. 1072. The area is always moving. Trucks, workers, bikes—it never really stays quiet for long. Our office is simple. We don't have marble floors or glass walls. It’s just a spot in the sector where we handle the service side of things. Some days the dust from the road gets everywhere, but we just wipe it down and keep going. It’s a local operation. We know the people around here. The lunch break usually involves someone going out to get samosas from the stall down the street. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy titles. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we sit outside and wait it out. It’s not a polished environment, but it works for us and our customers. Living and working in Pithampur has its own set of rules. You learn to be patient with the traffic. Dayal Services isn't about looking important.
