Avtec Ltd.

At Avtec Ltd., we are based in Sector III of the Pithampur Industrial Area. This part of Madhya Pradesh is pretty much all factories and workshops, so we fit right in. The morning shift starts when the sun is barely up, and you can see groups of workers heading to the different gates in the sector. Our facility is a large, grey building where we focus on heavy engineering and powertrain parts. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit for a casual stroll; it’s a serious work environment with a lot of noise and heat. The canteen is where we all gather for a quick lunch and a break from the machines. You can hear the hum of the ventilation systems all day long. We have a lot of people working here, from the technicians on the floor to the folks handling the logs in the back. The commute out to Pithampur can be long for some of us, but the job is steady. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just safety signs and production charts. It’s a place built for production, and that’s what we do. Sometimes the rain makes the industrial roads a bit of a mess, but the work doesn't stop. We’ve been part of this industrial landscape for years, and we’ve seen the sector grow and change around us as more companies move in.
