Our facility for Shribrajraj Agriproduct Pvt. Ltd. is out on Kasmadi Road in the Rasbhari Industrial area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it gives us the space we need for the heavy machinery. The area is usually dusty and loud with all the other factories around, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend our days dealing with various agricultural products that come in from the surrounding farms. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the harvest season hits and the trucks are lined up outside. We aren't sitting in a fancy office; most of our time is spent on the floor checking the grain and making sure the machines are running like they should. Sometimes a belt snaps or a motor gets stuck, and we’re all hands on deck to fix it so we don't lose the day. My brother and I manage the shifts, and we have a small crew that feels more like family. We eat our meals together in a small corner of the shed. It’s honest, tiring work that leaves you with dirt under your fingernails. We don’t do big advertising campaigns. Most people find us because they know we’ve been here on Kasmadi Road for a long time. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep the business moving forward without too much fuss.
