Our office is tucked away in the Rahatni area of Pune. We are specifically located near the Bharat Gas Agency in Shivraj Nagar. It is a bit of a detailed address, as we are behind the agency and quite close to the local flour mill, which people call Fmill. We share the space at Santosh Tukaram Godambe’s property, specifically at S No 29 2. It is a lively neighborhood with a lot of local activity and kids playing in the streets. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. It is not one of those fancy glass buildings you see in the IT parks. It is a real, working-class area where people just get things done. We handle various tasks under the B R Sharma Co name. Our team is very small and we have known each other for many years. The sounds of the neighborhood, like the grinding of the mill and the gas delivery trucks, are just part of our daily life now. We do not have a marketing budget or any fancy brochures. We just rely on the fact that we are right here in the community and people know us. They know where to find us if they need something sorted out. We keep our paperwork in order and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks in. The office is very simple, with just some desks and the usual equipment.
