We are based over at Office No-16/3 in the F2 Block of the MIDC area. Working in MIDC means you are surrounded by factories and other businesses doing all sorts of industrial work. It’s a very practical place to be. Our office isn't one of those high-rise buildings with glass walls. It’s just a solid, functional space in the F2 Block where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Most days are pretty much the same. We show up, check the schedule, and start dealing with whatever is on the list for the day. Being Cranedge India Pvt. Ltd. in this industrial zone feels right because this is where the real work happens. We don't have any of those vision statements or fancy slogans on our walls. We just have maps, schedules, and maybe a few old coffee mugs sitting around. The air in MIDC always smells a bit like metal and machinery, which is something you just get used to after a week. Our team is pretty small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We talk about the weekend or the local cricket scores while we work. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere in the office, even when we are busy. We don't try to sound like a big multinational company because we prefer just being ourselves. If you need to find us, just head to F2 Block and look for 16/3. We’re usually there until late.
