Our office is at Flat No. 104/D in the Surabhi Housing Society, which is located within the Colonel Sharma Compound in Nigdi, Pune. Nigdi is a bit far from the main city center, which actually makes it a lot calmer to work in. The society is well-maintained and has plenty of trees around, giving us a bit of shade and some fresh air. We are on the first floor, so it’s easy for people to reach us without waiting for the lift. The office itself is essentially a converted flat. We’ve used the different rooms to set up our workstations and a small area for meetings. It’s a very quiet place to work, which is exactly what we need for the kind of consulting and associate work we do. There isn't much noise from the street because the compound is set back a bit. We’ve been here for a number of years now and have grown quite comfortable with the space. The kitchen area is where we all gather for a quick lunch or to chat about the day’s work. Colonel Sharma Compound is a known landmark in this part of Nigdi, so most people don't have trouble finding us. It’s a professional yet very relaxed atmosphere, without the cold feeling of a corporate park. We like the fact that it feels like a home, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. It is just a regular apartment where we focus on our daily tasks and keep things organized for all the associates involved.
