Diamond Textiles

Diamond Textiles is located at 118 Rampura, which is out in the Hapur district. It’s a quiet enough area most days, except when the deliveries come in and we have to move all the fabric around. We’ve got rolls of cloth sitting in most of the corners because space always feels a bit tight here. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard building on a dusty road, but we keep it clean inside so the materials don't get ruined. We spend a lot of our time measuring things out and checking the threads. Hapur is known for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the other folks around Rampura. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out or work by the light from the door. It’s just how things go here. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If someone asks for a specific color, we usually know exactly which pile it’s at the bottom of. We try to stay busy so the day goes by faster. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until we lock up at night. There’s always more textile work to be done than there are hours in the day, but we manage.
