If you head behind Ritu Collection in Sarvodya Nagar, you’ll find us at Gali No-2, House No-54. Moolchand Coffee Wale has been a fixture in Pilkhuwa for a long time. It’s a small shop in a busy alleyway, and we spend our days roasting and grinding coffee for the local folks. The equipment we use is old but it works just fine for what we need. You can usually hear the sound of the grinder from down the street before you even see the sign. It’s a family-run thing, so there’s usually one of us sitting by the door talking to the neighbors while the work gets done. We don't have a big staff or a fancy office; it's just a workshop where we handle the beans. The walls are a bit stained from the coffee oils and the floor is worn down from years of people walking in and out. We take the raw beans and turn them into something people can use at home. It’s messy work and your clothes always smell like roasted coffee, which isn't a bad thing. People in Pilkhuwa know they can just stop by whenever they run out of their supply. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. It’s a simple business built on being there every day and doing the same thing well for whoever needs a fresh batch of coffee for their morning cup.
