Food Workshop

Food Workshop is situated over on Mg Road in the industrial area, taking up units F-219 and 220. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a busy place with a lot of smells coming from the kitchen area. We aren't a restaurant where you sit down and eat. It is more of a production space where we get things ready for our customers. My cousin and I handles most of the daily stuff. We start early in the morning when it’s still cool out, because once the ovens get going, it gets pretty hot inside. The floor is usually a bit slippery from cleaning, and there is always a stack of crates waiting to be moved. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decor. The walls are plain and the furniture is just whatever we could find that was sturdy enough. We just focus on the food we are preparing. Sometimes things go wrong, like a batch getting overcooked or a delivery truck being late, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a messy, loud, and busy life, but it’s ours. People know they can find us here if they need bulk orders or specialty items. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make food and try to do a decent job of it every single day. We are here from sunrise to late.
