Super Manpower Supply

We operate Super Manpower Supply out of Amariya. It’s a small town vibe here, and we mostly just deal with the local folks who need help finding work or businesses looking for an extra hand. Our office isn't much to look at, just a few chairs and a desk where we keep the records. We spend a lot of time talking to people who walk in off the street in Amariya. It’s a lot of listening and writing down notes on scraps of paper. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet for hours. We don't have any big marketing plans or a fancy website. Most of what we do comes from people just knowing who we are and where we are located. It’s honest work, trying to match the right person with the right job. The building we are in is a bit old, and the fan on the ceiling makes a clicking noise that we’ve just learned to ignore. We try to keep things moving along without making things too complicated. It’s just us here, managing the manpower needs as they come up. We don't use any big words or corporate talk. We just tell people what’s available and see if it fits. It’s a practical way to run a business in a place like this. We’ve been at it for a while and plan to stay here in Amariya.
