We set up Sunki Resorts Private Limited out on Barha Puranpur Road. If you know Pilibhit, you know it’s a specific kind of place with its own pace. Our office is at Plot No. 106. It is not a very big operation, just a handful of us trying to make sense of the resort business every day. Most days involve talking to people on the phone and checking on the status of the property. We have been here in Uttar Pradesh for a while now. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the big trucks go by, but inside we just focus on the folders and the computer screens. Being near Puranpur means we see a lot of different people coming through the area. We aren't some big city corporation with a hundred floors of offices. We just have this one spot where we handle everything ourselves. It gets quiet in the afternoons sometimes, which is actually quite nice for catching up on the accounts. We decided to name it Sunki Resorts because it sounded right to us back then. There is a lot of paperwork involved in this kind of thing, much more than you would think from the outside. We do our best to keep up with it all. It’s a local effort, really. We live nearby and we work here too. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We are just a resort business located in Pilibhit.
