Shivshrestha Foundation is located in the Pilibhit district, specifically in a place called Barkhera. If you are looking for us, we are over at Raman Prakash’s place in Tikri Mafi. It’s a small area where everyone kind of knows each other. The pincode here is 262203. We don't have a big neon sign out front or a lobby with a receptionist. It is more of a home-office setup where the real work happens without much fuss. Uttar Pradesh has a lot of these small towns where life moves a little slower, and Barkhera is one of those spots. We spend our mornings getting through the mail and making sure all the foundation's documents are in order. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it when things are back up. There is a lot of farming land around this part of Pilibhit, so the air feels different than in the big cities. We started this because there was a need for it, and being at Raman Prakash's house makes it easy for us to stay connected to the local people. It is not a flashy place, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of commitment to what we do. We don't spend money on fancy marketing because that isn't why we are here. We just want to do our bit from our corner of Tikri Mafi without making a big deal out of it.
