Our building is tucked away behind Jamuna Hospital on Pilibhit Road. If you are looking for Sharda Vihar Colony, that's where we are. We've been running this vocational training academy for a while now. It’s just a place where people come to learn actual skills they can use for work. It’s not a big university or anything like that. Just a few rooms where we teach different trades and stuff. Some people come in the morning and others in the afternoon after their regular jobs. It’s a bit noisy sometimes because of the training but we don't mind. We chose this spot because it's quiet enough for classes but still close to the main road. The team here is just local folks who know how to do things. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People usually find us because their neighbor told them about it. We just focus on the lessons. Sometimes the equipment needs a bit of tinkering and we just fix it ourselves. It's a very hands-on kind of place. Most days are spent showing people how to handle tools or manage tasks. We just wanted to provide a spot in the colony where people could pick up a new skill without traveling too far. It's a simple setup but it works for us and the students who show up every day to learn.
