You can find us at Shop No. 126 on J.P. Road, near the Bly Gate in Pilibhit. Maa Padmavati Realestate Private Limited is a small outfit. The shop isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We have a couple of desks and a bench for people to sit on while they wait. Pilibhit is a quiet place compared to the big cities, but the property market keeps us active. Most of our day is spent talking to locals about their land or looking for homes for families. Being near the gate means there is always a bit of movement outside. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people face to face. If someone has a question about a plot of land in the 262001 area, they usually just walk in. We know the history of many of the buildings around here. Dealing with real estate involves a lot of patience, especially when it comes to the legal side of things. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The shop is easy to spot if you are walking down J.P. Road. It’s a local business run by local people. We aren't looking to expand into a giant company. Keeping things simple and manageable works better for us and the people we help in Pilibhit. Pilibhit isn't very fast-paced, which suits us just fine. We have regulars who stop by to say hello.
